We have rented four units in the past two years at StorageMax Germantown. We have been extremely pleased with the service received and the cleanliness of the facility. Really like that the units are climate controlled. Clay is friendly, professional and answered all of our questions. When we need to store items in the future, we will contact Clay!

I have never needed a storage unit, and if I had known such a clean, safe, and easy to use storage unit existed I would’ve reached out to one before now. This facility is clean and I feel so safe and protected using it! Our unit was on an upper floor and I was nervous to carry stuff back and forth, but it was no trouble at all. They had a freight elevator and carts big enough to carry stuff back and forth. The inside units were cool as well so we never overheated while carrying stuff back and forth. What an ease of a process! But a huge shoutout to Clay B. This process would not have been as seamless without him. He was so kind and helpful in our renting process. He was informative, kind, and patient. Three things that are unfortunately hard to find in the world of customer service these days. Thank you, Storage Max of Germantown! And thank you, Clay!

I’ve used StorageMax in Gluckstadt previously and had an amazing experience. Fast forward almost two years and Clay still had my back! I called on a Saturday 20 minutes before they closed and he made sure to it he got me taken care of! This place is awesome and Clay is the best!!

I was very happy with the condition of the unit. It was clean and secure. I am happy I paid extra and rented the climate controlled unit. They provide push carts that helped out nicely and made it easy. I lost my key and Clay was able to cur the lock off for me for a very reasonable fee. The overall experience was a 10.
