Recently I had to ship some stuff to be serviced. I inadvertently left one item out of the box. I didn’t realize it until I got home. I got the item and took it back to the store. The young men were incredibly helpful!! They went and found my box among all the other boxes in the store and opened the box so I could add my forgotten item. The worked as a team to solve their customer’s problem!!

My reason would be based off the helpfulness I received while returning my two items. The clerk was beyond helpful and pleasant. She took her time and wasnt rushing me while finding my QR code. Greeted me when I walked in the local store. She was able to whole a great conversation.

I dropped off a pair of $180 shoes with a prepaid return label on them. There is still no indication of a scan having been done by the UPS store or by a UPS driver. There is no indication on Amazon that the shoes have been accepted by UPS. I was told by the two young men at the counter that I could just lay them on the counter and they would take care of them. I called the next morning and spoke with an older lady who said they don’t always scan in the packages but not to worry the driver would likely scan it and it just hasn’t showed up in the system yet. Now here we are a day later and there is still no indication that the package has been scanned. I also gave her a description of the package and asked if she would look around for it. She said no if it was there they would already know about it. Take don’t leave a return package here and be careful using them period.

I've always had a good experience here in the Madison UPS store.
I know it is the most convenient location, so it gets overwhelming for the employees. People in Madison are NOT the easiest to deal with. I came from a big city so, the difference is still not something that I'm used too. Even after 8 years of being here now.
Anyhow, even with all the online shopping and what not, this UPS store has always been a go too. If it's to expensive then I go to the post office. You want to talk about hellatous..... Then go to the USPS. That's the worst.
Keep your heads up and stay happy and kind. All you workers at the UPS store have my support and best wishes!

Really unpleasant interactions with the employees on a regular basis at this location recently. It’s understandable that it gets busy, but we have been on the receiving end of consistently rude, unhelpful responses while requesting basic shipping services or dropping off returns. Several employees just standing there with a line out the door. I have been given incorrect information about shipping policies several times here that weren’t an issue at the Lakeland location.

The lady that is in charge - blonde larger lady is a complete tool. She is terrible at customer service, can't seem to handle any kind of stress and is just all around rude. I can't believe you keep her as a manager. She needs to major development.
