The lady that is in charge - blonde larger lady is a complete tool. She is terrible at customer service, can't seem to handle any kind of stress and is just all around rude. I can't believe you keep her as a manager. She needs to major development.

UPS stores are usually top notch ... This one though? Borderline worthless... I think the lady is the manager, but she makes it her mission to make it as difficult as possible. Any reason to reject and not help is taken. Particular emphasis on the unwillingness to help. I am honestly shocked at 2 the experiences I've had here. Customer service isn't even a want... Kohl's or any other place to do your Amazon drop offs will result in a happier, more successful experience.

Just went to this location and will NEVER go back. With 3 women there working, only 1 was helping people. I was in a line of at least 10-12 people and waited over 20 min. to be helped. The lady up front was rude and yelled at a customer to close the door. I usually go to the store on County Line where they are nice and helpful and appreciate my business. I thought I would try the Madison store which was on my way home but never again. I’ll drive a little farther to County Line to be treated nicely!

A pair of glasses was shipped from the Madison store to me in Florida. The cost to ship a pair of glasses was $147.00I told my mother to use UPS Store as I thought they would help her get the best deal. My mother insisted on overnight air, paid the exorbitant fee for what was described by the manager as, "purchasing an airline seat."The shipment was late and we are making a claim for the return of all of our money.According to UPS website Any UPS ground or express packages that don't arrive on time are completely free to you. However, you probably won't be surprised to hear that UPS doesn't automatically refund you after a late delivery. It's your responsibility to file a claim with the company to request a refund.Well this store did not make that easy, will not provide evidence they made a claim and were not helpful.Besides, the "Manager" was pretty sassy.Think of going to the source if you use UPS or ship another way.

My package was supposed to be delivered. It said that we weren't there. Called the people. Said it wasn't even on the truck. Was on hold for six minutes. Couldn't talk to a person that wasn't a robot.

Soooo slow. Slowest UPS store I’ve ever been in. Go to the one on E county Line in Ridgeland. Those guys are fast.
