Workers here have a very nasty attitude. They don't smile & worst part they don't even know how to work. I tried to return something, she didn't know how! Tried to send money on Western Union & she didn't know how to do that either! Everything came up correct on the screen, but she told me something way off. This location needs to either be fixed or closed! Ridiculous

One of the female cashiers needs to work on her customer service skills. She talks a bit rude and demanding to customers. It would benefit her and maybe the store if she learned how to talk to the public.

I'm not sure what is going on with the Pharmacy, but over the last few years I've had several problems. The most recent one was they accepted the order from the clinic for a very standard batch of flu prescriptions, but when I showed up to pick them up they said they didn't have one in stock and that I'd have to call other Walgreen's myself to see who had it in stock. Then, as I tried to call other Walgreen's - wondering why they couldn't look it up themselves - they said they only had enough to fill a partial amount of my other scrips. It just seems like every time I try to have prescriptions filled here, there's always some head scratcher issue that I never have with other pharmacies. There's something wrong with the management of this one. It's been this way for years.

I ordered from the photo department and got there to find that they had printed on the wrong paper, waited for an hour until they told me to come back the next day. I tried to call and find out the order status, talked to three different people and was told to call back to talk to a manager, although they couldn't tell me when. Upon going to the store, I then was told they had not even attempted to print my order correctly. Only took 15 minutes to get a refund after standing in line for 15 minutes. I will simply say that my photo experience reminded me why I no longer have prescriptions filled here either. Walgreens, at least this one, does not want your business. They are not helpful, not pleasant, and overall seem to consider customers to be a nuisance that happens when they unlock their doors.

Walgreens pharmacy Madison, Ms location on Highland Colony has the most non chalant people working in the pharmacy and the young lady that was the active manager on duty last night 12/20 wasn't that much better

Incredibly slow. Very frustrating trying to get a prescription filled at this location. Do not go unless you have at least an hour to burn.

They will print your photos unfinished/uncut and then tell you to take them to another Walgreens to be completed. The other option is "We can throw them away and give you a refund.""Yeah, they do this all the time. We get lots of folks sent over from there." - the other nearby Walgreens

My wife ordered pictures to be picked up today, and was told "we get a lot of orders" after being told "they are not ready." I have never seen a more poorly managed Walgreen's or business. From the pharmacy to the register/picture printing area. Who ever owns this Walgreen's, need to re-evaluate the staff that runs the day to day. They are losing customers for good daily. I will not spend another dollar in this store. Good riddance.

Had to rush here to get medication. They were super nice. This was just 30 minutes before closing. Amazing team. Thank you.
