We were recently in auto zone in McComb ms to exchange a damaged alternator. The manager was rude from the minute we walked in the store. She wouldn't let us exchange the alternator without paying for it again. My husband had to lay on the hot cement while it was over 100 degrees and change the alternator before the manager would give us the new one. The manager's name is Angel if you ever go to that auto zone. She's rude as hell.

Manager was rude and did everything but help me.. I hate when you go to the part store and they tell you to google something vs simply helping me so hard make sure I don’t make a mistake. I hope she get what she gives out!
