A week ago yesterday I made a stop to the Uptown mall to retrieve an online order from another store. As I was preparing to leave the mall, I casually stopped by the GNC. This is when I encountered Sheldon. He is courteous without being disingenuous. Knowledgeable without the arrogance. He is attentive and personable. Eventhough I made a nominal purchase. The experience was such as if I were spending hundreds of dollars on a regular basis. I hope upper management recognizes and respects what they have; and he continues to excel in his endeavors. It should be standard practice to receive exemplary customer service; but, all too often it's an omitted practice. So, it's great when you can give credit where credit is due and everyone benefits.

Received EXCELLENT assistance and advice from Ross. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed, but Ross clearly explained all options, pros and cons of each, how to mix and prepare protein shake, and ensured that I understood everything.
