my nails were absolutely horrible. One lady that came in later had to redo them for me. I was cut many times.the lady even said they were bad. i will NEVER go back. if i could give no stars i would. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I got shellac on my nails and toes, it was an awful experience the man that did my nails and toes did a horrible job and since when do you get a pedicure where they dont use water!! Two days later a chip three days later all gone!!

I was wondering why I quit going to elite Nails . Today I remembered why!! The place I started going to was really packed and I thought OK I’ll give elite Nails another try. I got there there was no one in there except the employees. So I asked for a pedicure and for refill was charged $20 more for my pedicure than what was supposed to be, when they went to do my refill I came home with bloody fingers. It took two hours to take care of one customer. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Just got my nails done at ELITE NAILS in the mall in mccomb, and I would normally let this go but I simply can’t. Everything was fine at first until the man at booth 6 started to file my nails. He was EXTREMELY rough with my fingers (as you can tell they are still red) he was filing my SKIN!! Over and over again, I told him he was hurting me and he just kept going. he then got the electric file out and filed my skin with it to the point my skin was bleeding around my nails. After I pulled back because of the pain he was causing me he told me to stop moving (what am I supposed to do I was on the verge of tears because my skin was raw from being filed for 5 straight minutes) i said you’re hurting me.. nothing. He also put on some type of primer that burned my nails and fingers for 10 minutes straight!!! I wish I was joking. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing. I was in SO MUCH PAIN for an hour!!! On top of that he left nail dust from the file on my nail that you can now see under the clear part. ON TOP OF THAT I asked for a French tip and gave him a reference picture and attached is what I have. THICK UNEVEN LENGTH NAILS WITH 6 CUTS AROUND MY NAILS my fingers still hurt an hour later! I want to clarify I’m not saying every person in there is this rough, the lady was very nice and said hello to everyone passing by, but I still would NEVER recommend to a friend. Went back to talk to the owner about what they did and he REFUSED to give me a refund and gave me a not so sorry apology and had absolutely no remorse for the pain I experienced. No refund after I’ve been cut multiple times, and had to go to the doctors and get antibiotics to prevent an infection from this place!!! $100 down the drain. he offered to take my nails off, like soaking my fingers in acetone wouldn’t cause me even more pain. He continued to talk about how his business was slow…. I wonder why. He also said many times how white women have thin skin, I said sir I’ve had my nails done many times, this has NEVER happened!!! excuse after excuse and NOTHING done to solve the problem. I was as nice as I could be to the owner, I hate to have it go this far but it is what it is. Now multiple people have reached out and told me they’ve had infections from this place… ELITE NAILS! The last picture is what I asked for!

Miss Peach did my nails. She took her time making sure my nails were done nicely. I appreciate how much effort she put into my set. She was very sweet and kept a conversation with us. I am a very picky person but I have no complaints. Definitely going back!

Should’ve definitely read the reviews before going. I was overcharged as well. I got a pedicure without gel and a manicure with no polish at all and paid almost $70. You can check my other reviews, I’m not one to complain but times are hard and if someone has money to spare for pampering they shouldn’t be taken advantage of. I’m new to the area and have 5 daughters. I was looking for a place that we could go for birthdays and special occasions. This will definitely NOT be the case.They were fast. I guess that’s a plus. Fast and over priced. The very definition of highway robbery. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We won’t be returning
