Stopped through passing by needed a tire plugged, the new service manager David caught me in the driveway and took care of it. In and out in no time, and didn't charge me. Would definitely recommend this store!!

Drove an hour just to get a aux battery exchanged only to come back to my door locks not working but the service advisor said “I slammed my door too hard.” Moral of the story if it’s under warranty I’m sure they will tear something up to get some money. Now they have codes and all but when I was there they didn’t alert me of any code. Sad world.

Bought vehicle from them, 3 weeks later started having issues. Now my vehicle has been in service for 6 days........6 days and they called and said it's not covered under warranty. 6 days it has taken them to figure out what is wrong with it. Will never purchase from them again

I recently spent a night in MCComb on a trip to the coast, and called Rainbow CDJR about getting a appointment for a oil change and tire rotation, the lady said none was necessary to come & to on in, when I arrived at the service department just after 8 I was greeted by a lady with a smile who immediately checked in my Jeep vehicle, then led me to a waiting area where she offered coffee, water, snacks, and even a ride back & forth if I wanted to go eat breakfast, within minutes my vehicle was on the rack being serviced, meanwhile I was approached by 3 more people from the dealership, all smiling and asking if I wanted anything, and then another person came up smiling asking if I wanted something or if there was anything that could make my experience at the dealership better, to which I replied that I was very happy with my experience, that was he introduced himself as the owner, we had a great long conversation and learned we both had a lot of things in common, as for one he was originally from the area of the Ozark Mountains in Arkansas where I now live, such a nice man who has assembled a very courteous team of people for the dealership, I was completely satisfied with my service and my compliments for such a great experience! I'm very impressed with the Service Manager who takes a personal approach which is great improvement over previous Service Managers. I needed warrantee work and after getting the part that was a special order item (remember supply chains are a bit iffy these days (not their dault) it was installed. I was really pressed for time due to an extremely sick wife and he ensured I was in and out - THANK YOU!

I have a 2016 ram in their shop to be fixed and while they can't help the part availability there has been no communication. I have called multiple times and for two days going on 3 I'm waiting on my call back from the one person that is dealing with my truck. Juat a side note that my truck which I purchased from them has been at their location for almost a month while I'm still making my monthly payments

Ive taken my car here for years and it progressively gets worse. They take forever to do oil changes. They have backed into my car they did fix it but it was still a inconvenience for me someone who needs there car for everyday use. They also have scratched my rims when putting tires back on my car. Which was another inconvenience for me. It just is inconvenience after inconvenience. This is not just me either I have family and friends who have had problems here. There sales department is great but service department might be the most frustrating thing I've ever seen in my life.

If I was able to give them a zero I would. I took my truck there a year ago to get repairs it’s a year later and after $6,000 I still have the same problem and they still asking for more money. My truck stayed in their shop more times this year than at my house. Now they are trying to talk me into buying another vehicle from them after all that. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.
