I always have the convenience of taking my time and picking exactly what I want. I've never had any issues with customer service. There is an updated card system and I never had a problem using my card prior to.

A couple of days less than a week of my purchase of 3 bundles of virgin remy hair, I went to exchange it for the kinky texture bundles. Well surprisingly I was told no trade without receipt. How is this so when I purchased there and he was the one who checked me out. The day that I purchased my hair, a lady exchanged an opened wig that she had purchased and she had no receipt. Maybe it’s because she personally knew the owner by name. I will not be shopping here anymore. I will talk my business to Hollywood Beauty where everyone is treated equally.

The staff was nice. Store was clean. The issue was a lot of there items do not have labels on them. Some of the labels are on a sticker on the shelf but the wrong items are place in it’s spot.

I love this beauty supply store. I have been going to this business for over 5 years since they opened. The lady that assists me was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. They have everything you need and a large variety of accessories. Their wigs are bomb. Check this place out ?❤️
