This is how my package was delivered from McComb post office. Contents taken out but had the nerve to deliver an empty package and scanned it as delivered. This so sad. Postman stealing mail is a federal offense. This has happened so many times I called the post office and no one answers.

They do not answer the phone at all, ever. Just let it ring until it auto disconnects. I have never had this experience at other post offices. Shameful.

I don't have anything against the actual post office in McComb. The people who deliver leave my box open almost every time and it gets wet when raining and there's been a lot of deliveries to the wrong house but my main issue is Jackson Mississippi. They have lost more packages or sent the package to the wrong place multiple times but they lost my package September 15. Finally after a month I won the claim and they mailed the check October 15 and it's November 22 and they lost the check! Lost my package and then lost my insurance check l!! I don't know where they are getting employees from but they need to stop. I've gotten 4 different answers from 4 different people on what I need to do. Now I have to send a written letter saying I never got it. It's like they are making it so hard to get they hope you just give up and I probably would but it's the principle now!! Don't believe the insurance crap because they sure don't want to pay for a package they lose.

McComb Ms post office never any the phone ANY day of the week, I know they are not that busy Everyday whereas they can't answer the phone for important questions. So sad!

No way people are staying at this office, I don’t mind helping out, but the routes are overburdened with packages on the rural side, they need to start cutting some routes, if not not, no subs will ever stay at this office

They have all the supplies for packaging, decorative packaging supplies, gift cards, and greeting cards. Super helpful and friendly workers.

Post office removed convenient stamp vending machines and now you have get in line to get one postage stamp. Only open for 2hrs on Saturday!!

Cassandra, the chubby kinda light skin woman, is the rudest person I've come across...I've dealt with her several times and not one time has been pleasant. I'm not posting this out of a personal vendetta just very unprofessional.

They continue to not deliver my packages saying the driveway was not accessible when it is all they have to do is walk or drive up the driveway if the items do not fit in the mailbox & they are to lazy to do so .. so my packages are consistently late!

I am sick and tired of USPS taking my packages to the wrong address all the time. I order stuff way from Africa and it cost me a lot to ship my items here, and all they do is take my stuff to the wrong address when the right address is BOLDLY written on the parcel. This is just so unprofessional on their part. You all really need to relax and stop been in a hurry when delivering people parcels, to avoid this huge mistake all the time!!!
