Meds are never ready when they say. In fact they wait until you arrive to fill and tell you to wait 30 minutes. Workers are not knowledgeable at all.

Pharmacy is insanely slow. Almost no one waiting for the pharmacy and it has taken over 3 hours to get a total of 36 pills! Still waiting actually. 12 hydrocodone and 24 antibiotics. Are they pressing the pills themselves? The people behind the counter are useless and can't give me a reason or a timeframe, just say they'll "call me when it's ready". Good thing I apparently don't need the pain medication for this exposed nerve in my tooth right!? It was obvious they couldn't care less. Great service. Next time I'll just deal with the crowds in Walmart.

Don't count on them! After researching Covid-19 PCR testing sites, I was happy to see that our local Walgreens was now offering drive-thru PCR testing for travel. You can only schedule two days prior to testing and the airlines require a negative Covid test no older than 72 hours. It's stressful enough to get the results before you board an international flight, and Walgreens in McComb didn't help. When I arrived for the test, there is no signage so I pulled into the outer lane. I was instructed to drive around and pull into the inside lane which I did. After a bit of a wait, I got to the window and explained about my appointment. I was still sitting there after 20 minutes with cars piling up behind me. Finally the clerk returned and asked if he could call me when the information came up in their system. But I had registered and scheduled two days ago. THEN....he informs me that sometimes it takes 7 days to get the test results. I said, "No, I need the PCR test that comes back within 48 hours". He replied that they didn't have those. When I said, "Then how could I schedule it on your website"? He just said, "Yeah, I know". Lovely.

Do not fill your script here!! They are selling a particular brand "Rhodes" which is known to produce medication that does not work. I was told today to contact the manufacturer which is a joke as I have spinal stenosis and need my medication to function. If you research this manufacturer you will see 1000s of complaints. This company is also not BBB credited. Shame on you Walgreens.

You’ll get laughed at when you get told your special needs son’s medication is $1600 with a discount code and you can’t afford it. They always have an attitude. I only go here if for some reason the other Walgreens is out of a medicine and they make sure to make is a miserable time. They’ve also fought with me before that a cream that was called in by my son’s doctor was on the shelf after waiting in line like 30+ minutes. Surprise, it wasn’t on the shelf. They were just too lazy to order the cream even after I got the doctor to call it in again.

Script sent in on a Thurs. We called Thursday afternoon to be told it wasn’t covered by insurance. Asked them to fill anyway. Went on Saturday it still wasn’t filled. Glad it was an emergency!! Lost customer.
