I cannot believe I have to write this. My grandfather’s service is at 5 o’clock. It is currently 1:55 and we still have not received his ashes. He has been passed away for a week now and they told us we would be able to pick up his ashes at 10 o’clock this morning. We showed up and were told he had not even been cremated yet and they told us they would have his ashes at 1. They then called us and said the ashes would be ready at 2 and would get a call when his ashes had arrived. It’s currently 2 o’clock now and we have received a call that he would be there at 2:30. We trusted these people with complete care of a dear loved one and they have shown us no compensation. I am angry and disappointed at the amount of unprofessionalism shown here at Trinity. We do not need this added stress in the time of our grief and we are also enraged and anguished. Because of this, my parents and grandmother have decided to change to a different funeral home upon the time of their death. Perhaps other people have had better encounters with them but I personally do not recommend them.

At one of the saddest times of my children's life we are devastated that Trinity lost 3 of our urns we gave them. I have called numerous times and no answers to my problem. At this point it doesn't matter if the urns are empty I would just like you to find them or reimburse me for them. If they are empty we do have some remains we can put in the necklaces for the children. THIS time is devastating enough, please just make this right

AJ was very nice and compassionate he made the grieving process easy and was very polite although losing a parent is devastating but at the end of the day AJ did bring some joy into my life with his wonderful personality. Thanks You So Much!

Wow, I do not know where to start in articulating my experience with this company! The assistance, support, and flexibility I received was beyond my expectation! I could not have chosen a better funeral service during the loss of my father. I am beyond pleased with the service, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering going with them versus another company. I can't vouch for other companies, but I personally can vouch for Trinity! If you want exceptional service along with professionalism, look no further. You won't regret it if your experience is half the expectation mine was.

Thank you for making me feel secure and like I was important, not just another piece of money that you all can deposit in your bank. I really believe we mattered. The employees were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The exterior and interior are beautiful. The interior is spacious and exudes comfort and peace.

I would recommend Trinity to everyone. They were very compassionate and caring through my worst time. The service was beautiful. They took all the worries away from my brother and I. Our family has always used a well know and named funeral home but they have gone from helping people to a VERY profitable business and has lost the compassion along the way. They will never see any of my family members again. I am very satisfied with our choice using Trinity Funera Services to lay my Daddy to rest.

We laid a family member to rest today and the staff at Trinity did an amazing job. Regretfully I have had to use other funeral home in the past few years and the experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional but I will have to say from now on Trinity will be the only funeral service I will use thanks again to the wonderful staff
