The only problem we encountered was being charged for quik crete and they didn't even have any, some of the lumber size's we needed....same issue. They didn't have the size but got charged for it. We did get credited money back. This company needs to have better communication between the shop itself and the lumber yard staff.

Well let me tell you about them. It used to be my favorite place to just go in there to picture what I needed to fix something in my home. The past few times I was in there they were not helpful, I was being over priced for something that I needed two items. It's not that i wont go in there anymore it's just I'll be more cautious. Too this has happened the past few times I went in there. That's why I went to NAPA. 2 items there was way less expensive the one item similar to what I needed. So I'd say step up your game Broadhead please!!!

I get lumber here regularly. They have a super friendly staff, very interactive you won't ever go here and not have someone help you within 60 seconds from walking in the door

The best customer service hands down. Lindsey went above and beyond to help me today. To go to a place that treats everyone like they are their #1 is something you do not see anymore. Every employee I have ever dealt with has always been able to answer every question that I have had, regardless of what it was. Great job you all, and keep up the good work!
