Always a terrible time, terrible service. The employees are not knowledgeable of the items that att offer. They are NOT helpful to say the least. I have a cell booster that they sell and when I started having problems with it I was told that they don’t even know what a cell booster is let alone how to fix my issues. I’ve talked on the phone with att and all they tell me is to turn it on and off. Good luck.

Worst customer service ever. Did not quote correct prices for phones. Left and went to another att store which was not much better.

I went in to purchase accessories and ended up waiting 30+ mins just to do that. The rep that checked me in asked my reason for my visit and I told him. He didn't try to help me nor get anyone to help me, just checked me in. Something so simple!! Once my name was finally called, the rep asked what was my reason of visit and I told her. She couldn't believe I was waiting that long just to purchase 2 different accessories, which one they didn't have, bit that was ok. There should be someone available all the time to help people with situations like this. Just sad!

AT&T is a joke. Abysmal service. Two years after initial review, and nothing has changed. Can't provide customer service for the "service" they provide. 👎

HAVE TO CHANGE MY REVIEW!! THEY SUCK!
WE ABSOLUTELY HATE IT!! They told us lies! We are just now finding out that our trade ins were never paid off like "shea" stated they would be!! Now my credit is ruined because of them. Along with everytime I try to trade in a phone or anything, it's such a complicated process and I end up paying more than what the phone if worth! THE SERVICE SUCKS!! OVER PRICED AND DROPPED CALLS CONSTANTLY!!! Can't wait to get away from AT&T!!!
