I placed a few orders for flooring materials here, and I live out of town. I charged one of them to my card because I didn't have any checks with me. Fast forward a month or two, and I had an order come in. I wasn't able to immediately come to pay for it because I was out of town. I went by to pay for it on my way into town, but my contact was out to lunch (I had previously tried to call, but she almost never answers the phone in her office.) Since it's out of the way, I went by to pay on my way out of town. My rep called accounting to check my balance, and I learned two things. First, they had charged my card that day, and second, they charged me more than originally quoted and blamed it on freight. I didn't authorize them to make this charge, and they didn't attempt to call me before making it. I told them to immediately void the charge, and I'm still trying to get my money back. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
