Not too bad and far as cleanliness but was hot inside. Also took forever just to get someone to the jewelry counter. Workers were standing around talking and not working.

I don't do much shopping at department stores but I like Belk. Not sure what's going on at Uptown Mall but the air conditioner isn't working in Belks or some other stores I visited. It is hot in the mall just walking from store to store.

Too costly. I can buy the same stuff at Ross for 1/4th the price.
