Excellent higher end ladies store. My wife bought two “cute” tops from here today. The clothing is quality and made to last. She also loved several pairs of the shoes. The staff is exceptional at customer service making the experience personable, something you won’t get at a big brand store. They also have gifts and offer a wedding registry. The formal wear at a glance seemed to be trendy and great quality as well.

Make sure you read all the fine print in the return policy. Sale items are final sale, which isn’t prominently displayed alongside the price, as it is with other retailers. There are no refunds; only store credit, which must be used within 60!days. Good luck finding anything to buy. You can’t even cancel an order if you make a mistake. The item I ordered ended up being hideous in real life. They gave me a song and dance about the hand dyed nature of tie dye even though the item is sold at retailers across the internet. I’m kicking myself for this purchase. Better to stick with Neiman ‘s , Saks, and Nordstrom—places that don’t stick their customers with fashion disaster s.

My daughter & I went here to look for a pageant dress. The ladies there were SO nice & SO helpful! There was plenty of room, dresses weren’t crammed in on top of each other & it was very organized. The inventory wasn’t as large as other stores we’ve been to but there were plenty of beautiful dresses to choose from. It was actually nice for a change! My daughter found the perfect dress. Prices were reasonable too. It was a much better overall experience than what we had at other shops. Great customer service, ladies! We will definitely be returning.

We drove three hours in search of a formal from the store across the street. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least. What a breath of fresh air to come into Belle G with super friendly and helpful staff and spacious areas to dress and view the formals. Although we didn’t find our dress it was a great experience…. Keep doing what you are doing, thanks!
