I would leave 0 starts if i could!!!! I made a appointment ahead of time, for just a style the lady kristi pope told me to come in at 10 on Saturday for it, meanwhile let me state this it was my daughters baby shower that day, my first grandbaby a big day for us and event, n i wanted my hair to look good !!! So back to the story i get to the salon at 10:09 am as planned. I get there sit down the lady doing nails said kristi is in her car she will be back in shortly, so i sit n wait so it gets 10:35 n shes like let me see where she is so shes texting her only to find out shes left the parking lot!!! I mean left shes gone???? Yesss here let me give u her number so u can see whats going on. Ok punch in my phone i call 8 times goes straight to voicemail!!! Im like i cant get her, she said let me tell her your gonna call. So she finally answers im like im here, im waiting n she says omg how did i miss you i said mam im inside, are u coming. She tells me that she has a meeting at 11am. Im like ok, so are u gonna do my hair she then tells me shes gone. Im like wait what???? I said mam i had a appointment at 10 n u told me to be here at 10, and we agree, n i said i got here at ten like u said, she then says im a weird voice do i know you ??? Im like ummm NO bc . Like whats that matter ive been to this salon before though. Then she says can u come back at 1pm im like nooooo the shower is at 2 theres no way i can get back to quitman by then. Shes like well i cant do it !!!! By then shes just rambling on. N then ask me is there anybody else there to do it for me to ask. So the nail lady ask the other workers and they say no we are sorry. But the nail lady did offer to do it but she was busy with clients. I belive someone else said 1130 but i needed to be gone gone by that time bc of other errands to pickup more food. . So i say while im on the phone where is the manager , she says to me well what u need her for ????? By them im mad n already crying! What do u meant what i need her for we had a appointment n u not here n not a good reason, n no sympathy for the situation. So i hang up ! Bc im like how am i gonna get my hair done for the event now.. let me add my boyfriend dropped me off bc he had errands too, so im just at a stand still!!! I walk outside sit on the ground call other salons nun last min. ...... while im all upsets. Sitting in the HOT bc I don't feel comfortable in the salon no more!!!! So my moring was runied!!! And its like they didnt care , the lady doing the nails she did care tho!!!! Im thinking all along kristi gonna come back n fix the situation no never showed up!!! Nothing!!! So i did finally leave when my boyfriend came back for me. I will say this when u make a appointment show up for your clients they need u. Also i called 5 to 8 times on my way there to say hey im still coming n no answer and that was at 930!!!! So everything was wrong!!!! I would love to talk to the owner Cindy's if she would reach out to me bc this is not right !!! Id hate to know if the stylist did this on someone wedding' day or birthday or etc. This event was important to me n very important to my daughter bc its her first baby!!! I do not recommend this place or if u go dont use kristi bc your word is your bond n she failed me. And all i wanted was a style just a style!!!! Please do better.
U runied my day !!! And also if u would have called me in advance n told me u couldnt i wouldnt have drove 30 mins for u n waited over a hour!!!! U wasted my time which is valuable...
I pray this doesnt happened to noone else!

Lindsey does an amazing job on hair! I am so glad a friend referred me to her a couple of years ago. Creative Trends is a full service salon and are conveniently located.

I absolutely LOVE Creative Trends! I have been going to the salon for YEARS! I have never been disappointed! Jennifer is an amazing hairstylist that takes her time to listen to you and creates exactly what you want! She even does my children’s hair and they are picky! They won’t let anyone but Jennifer touch their hair! She’s that good! I also get a manicure and gel nails from Nikki every two weeks! Before Nikki, my nails would constantly break and would never grow. Now, my nails are healthier than ever! She’s also kind of Master Artist! The woman knows how to create designs from pictures, but always makes it better! I don’t know how she does it!! I could never go anywhere else and expect the same results! Go see them! You won’t be disappointed!!

My daughter made an appointment for 6pm and four hours later, her nails are still not finished!! This place is ridiculous and I highly do not recommend that anyone use it. Unless you don't mind 4 to 5 hour nail appointments!!!
