This review is for the store we use at 1802 N. frontage road in Meridian, Mississippi. I love this store. The manager and staff are so friendly and helpful. They listen and they answer my questions. Get your phones/accessories/products/service there. Just a great store to go to for excellent customer service!!

My family has been with Cricket over 10 years and we love the service. Every time we go to pay our bill or need some kind of help with our phones the team there always goes above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of! The store manager and his 2 associates are always so friendly and even greet us at the front door. They are always so welcoming.

The manager is garbage, I've never seen someone so miserable with themselves, so unprofessional. I highly recommend the carrier but the manager of this store is so unbelievably unpleasant.

Not sure what the one guy saying they have no morals is about, but I had a great experience there this afternoon. Jessica helped me upgrade my phone and put a new screen protector on it. She was super sweet and easy to talk to, and it didn't take as long as expected it to. Awesome service!
