Words alone won't be adequate enough for me to express my gratitude and appreciation for the team at this Meridian, Mississippi's spectacular Edible Arrangements location.Celebrating my Mother's seventy-fi..., forty-thi.... let's just go with 25th birthday (for the 46th time), I sought to do something out-of-the-box simply to bring a smile to her face since I wasn't able to fly into town and do so myself.(I know, I know...... they REALLY don't make brotha's like me anymore these days)Unable to locate and purchase exactly what I'd dreamt of ordering anyplace online, I set my alarm for the buttcrack of dawn the following morning and contacted this location bright and early Saturday, 2/24 at 7am PT.Imagine my astonishment to have been greeted by warm well wishes and blessed favor as a kind voice from the receiving end of a call some 3,000 miles away walked me through their inventory; exploring floral arrangements, fruit selections and non-alcoholic wine with me. Ain't God alright?!The verdict, you ask?Well, I elected upon going with a not so inexpensive bouquet of flowers in purple, as well as a chocolate dipped assortment of fruit presented by way of a platter - inclusive to apples, oranges, grapes, strawberries and a plethora of added splendor, a non-alcoholic bottle of bubbly as well as a personalized card that was guaranteed to make the church say, "Amen!"Alright, nah'.Having attended Carver Middle School, followed by Kate Griffin Jr. High as well as Meridian H.S. many moons ago (now I'm truly showing my age), it TRULY pleases me that decades later, Mississippi still possesses the hospitality and positive energy that the South has grown notorious for, and since I was unable to personally tip the lovely team at this location (due to technological issues), April...... I humbly ask that you and everyone working behind the scenes individually charge it to my head, and not my heart!Now.........The world knows about you, and prayerfully this review will serve as a testament of your efforts and sensational work effort! I purchased an online order for my mom and it wasn't delivered at all. No communication from the store nor from corporate. I had to call to figure out what's going on, there excuse is to blame FedEx for not picking up the order. FedEx is stating that the store reported the order is not ready for pickup. I am completely dissatisfied.

I had talk to someone name James Mathis and he was very kind with me and sold me a big arrangement and I loved it. I didn't care of how much it was longs it looks good and he also look good too.

Stephanie, hands down is the absolute Bestest. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help deliver my sister hey gift which she didn't know really meant a lot to me that I get this gift for her. Stephanie has such good vibes. She was able to help me and my mom share a laugh together which we have not done in a while. We live you Stephanie.Stay Blessed

What a bummer! I have received great gifts from them, but when I order and not once but twice. No order picked up, not sent and not refunded. Called today told me to call another # for my refund, what'? What about my order, no one can help tried customer service number doesnt work.

Do NOT use this place. I have never seen such an unprofessional manager in all my life! Proceeds to call and yell at me! So my kids and husband wanted to surprise me and order an arrangement to be delivered to my work. They gave them the address for the hospital listed online. Mind you, my family lives hours away! Never been to this hospital. Has NO if the address is correct or not. So I get a call from the delivery person, so I TOLD her to delivery it to the hospital. Well, 30 min later, I get a call from the manager of the store who proceeds to YELL at ME. Rude ugly and states, "If your family wants to surprise you the least they could do is give a good address!" I tried to explain that they didn't live here and again, had already told the delivery person WHERE TO BRING IT! 102 bucks worth of fruit too mind you! I canceled it. I won't give my business to rude people who care nothing about their patrons. Second guessing decisions to move to this horrible place. The manager needs to be fired. He won't have a business if he acts like this all the time. Now to see if we actually get the refund in 7 stinking days.

I have tried to go to this location a few times over the past month but they were closed early every time. Today I went at 4:30pm and the door was locked but all the store lights were on. Not a great way to conduct business. When they are open the chocolate strawberries are pretty great!

I’m sure the arrangement that I ordered as a birthday gift would have been delicious, but unfortunately the customer service is terrible. I called before 5pm to check on the order after I hadn’t heard from anyone at this location. I was told that someone attempted delivery twice and called the number in the order twice (my number) with no answer. I had been waiting for a call all or email day from this store. Someone named Trisha was very rude and obnoxious about the situation and even attempted to argue with me when I told her that I received no call. She told me that the person who claimed she had called after two unsuccessful attempts to deliver left a door tag. I asked the recipient of the order and there is no door tag. The employee who attempted delivery went to the wrong address and lied about calling me twice. I’m so disappointed that this gift didn’t make it on time. When I asked Trisha for a refund, she assured me that I would receive none because they had already made the order. She further scoffed and stated that, “All we are required to do is attempted delivery twice and leave a door tag.” Unbelievable. I opened a case with corporate and hope to have this resolved soon.

I called to order 3 EXPENSIVE platters for delivery and they wouldn't take my order over the phone! Said ordering online was easier. Yeah for them! Thanks for nothing!

It's too bad that I only had five stars to choose from. This location needs a six! I ordered the strawberry cheese cakes for my mom's mother's day gift. She has been raving about the taste & freshness. Prior to ordering, I had several questions (as this was my 1st experience with edible) the employees were polite and patient. I am preparing to place another order soon. I highly recommend!

This was my twin and I first time going to Edible Arrangements. As soon as we walked in, we we're greeted. It was a nice setup. The guy that worked there was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. He answered our questions with no problem. He let us sample some chocolate covered bananas. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! The chocolate covered strawberries and brownies were so good. The fruit was fresh and very tasteful. I absolutely love the packages that they came in. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to try it out for the first time. I cant wait to go back for another visist! Thank you!!
