This is the 2nd place that says fed ex but has no service . Only a drop off???? So disappointing.

Only two stars for lack of customer service at the shipping counter .. waited 5 mins watching a employee stare at a computer screen .. I left and went to the FedEx shipping center instead.. FYI. ( way better experience and less money)

I’d really appreciate it if they didn’t leave all of my packages outside when my covered car port is only three feet away.
Came home to all three boxes soaking wet in the rain. All contents were ruined.
Called FedEx and they told me it wasn’t there issue.
