Staff was so helpful and not rushed when asked for help. Everyone was excessively nice. Management was very helpful in explaining the newer policy since I was there last.

Two visits this week an neither time could I get any help nor the other customers. The employees were either on there cell phone or just couldn't be found. This store really needs better help. It's a great store with lots of products . Lacking in friendly service from employees. I ended up buying two wigs from another store.

Its still a good place to shop , the music is always playing fun atmosphere !!- . the staff is helpful . some times there's people outside , bothering u dressed in purple they need to be moved to across the street that's not good for business .
