Sylvester Herlong did a great job with my tax returns he was patient and even though I didn’t bring a paper I needed he was able to find away to get from offline by calling the main office for me HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I am truly happy that I stop by for inquiring some information about my needs for tax help.I meet one agent earlier in the day. I was so impressed and pleased with her demeanor and sensitivity that I went back home to gather my tax information.Almost feeling a little disappointed that the earlier agent had gone.I almost feel guilty to admit that Charita F. the earlier agent replacement felt more like the agent that I needed to assist with meeting my needs.Charita, with her people skills and professionalism, also was very easy to talk with. She had me in tears with her sense of humor.I am truly grateful for the service that I received ?

Great service. I love the staff. They seem to are about their work which is important. It can take a while to process return, but it's to be expected as it is a lot to go over and finalize. Pricing isn't too too bad either. Highly recommend
