I don't usually write reviews, but my 2022 Kia Sorento began having electrical problems while passing through Meridian on a road trip. I called this dealership that evening and they said I could come by in the morning. Although they were booked, they squeezed me in, did a couple hours of troubleshooting, and gave the car a full checkout. They didn't find the problem--understandable, given that it was a strange intermittent electrical issue--but they were helpful, courteous, and professional. The checkout made me feel better about continuing the trip back home.

Stopped to look at a used Nissan. Sales person wouldn't tell me a price on the lot and requested for me to come inside. I once again asked for the price of the car, he requested my license and my SSN but still didn't tell me the price of the car. I told him I'm was looking for an SUV because my disabled mother has a hard time getting in and out of my car, which had no issues other than being too low for her. Next thing I know he pulls up on a 2024 Kia forte trying to sell me that. After I told him I wasn't interested in another car. It took me two hours to get my car key and license back so I could leave. I thought I was going to have to call the police to get them. Never going back here again. I did buy a Kia but I went to Forest to do it.

I highly recommend this dealership to anyone for both sales and service. Superb customer service from every aspect. Was kept informed throughout the service experience. Customer lounge was comfortable and clean. Staff was so hospitable. Exceeded my expectations.

We got the car new it's a KIA soul it has broken down three times leaving us on the side of the road one time way out of state. This last time it broke down the dealership got the car came back to pick it up and it was damaged. The dealership acknowledges that it was not damaged before it was dropped off and we were told that Lee Smith will not cover it. We have had numerous problems with these people and if you ask me, I will say DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM they will leave you high and dry.EDITED AND ADDED ON AFTER RESPONSE. It was with the understanding that the car could be left and stored at the dealership and would be safe by what we were told so responsibility for any damage to the car is in turn the dealerships fault and should be made right it's called a bailment relationship. Regardless of any posted sign that may say otherwise. With that said.How is a car to be picked up when you supposedly buy a reliable vehicle that breaks down two months after purchased and leaves you stranded way out of state and two weeks after that breaks down on the way to out of town again and you are now so far away from the dealership because you still have to leave town and cannot possibly pick up the car? These are the facts laid out about a business not taking responsibility for what happens on its own car lot. It still can be made right. Will wait on for second response.After no response for 7 months, we have decided to go to another dealership that offered us more than what was offered by KIA of Meridian, and we are very happy with our new purchase of another brand of vehicle it has proven to be reliable and fuel efficient. The incident has been reported to KIA Corporate and we are currently waiting on a replay from them.After years they are still harassing my mom about wanting to buy back her 2016 Kia Sole that we promptly got rid of in 2019, and they deleted the response they gave to the first post. 11/14/23

I was extremely disappointed, never have I ever been so hurt in my life they lost my keys then tried to give me a regular key, telling me that this was the key I left but they had to cut me one. They had three different stories they told me.

My family and the friends we were following found ourselves broke down 11 hrs from home. We brought our KIA Optima to this dealership and they had us diagnosed, fixed and back on the road within 3 hrs. Everyone was very nice and we are very appreciative of them!

I’ll start by saying that I didn’t purchase a car here. I did however use their DC fast charger on the way to the beach with my family. It is very kind of them to offer this service to the public. I called the day before our trip and the person who I spoke to couldn’t have been nicer. If we are ever in the market for a Kia we will be calling Kia of Meridian.

Spend your money somewhere else!!! I found a Yukon at this lot so my husband called to inquire about it. He spoke to a “salesman” named Cole who gave him a price over the phone since they don’t post prices on their website. Less than 2 hours later he called back to speak with Cole again and he “wasn’t at his desk” so he spoke with someone else who conveniently forgot to give out his name. My husband asked if the Yukon was still there since we were about to drive nearly two hours to make this purchase. He also asked about the price to verify he was told correctly the first time. He then proceeded to rudely tell my husband it was 15k MORE than he was originally told. At this point making it a laughable price. My husband being the kind person he is, he thanks the man for his time and the man just hangs the phone up. Some salesman. This place is a joke. I will gladly go elsewhere and let a salesman who we’re not inconveniencing make his commission off my business.

I was sold a 2017 Kia this year while it was cold, the heater worked great but when it got warm the ac compressor doesn't work so no ac! They are expensive why would they sell a vehicle like that? I'm hot and sick over it the salesman kept telling me what an upgrade I was getting.Thanks Howard from Meridian Kia.
