A lot of times, when I visit this Lowes, it's hard to get help in the lumber section. Today, two guys were very helpful. Brian helped me load plywood inside, and Daniel helped me load some 2x6s with the forklift outside. It's nice to receive good service when loading lumber.

The lack of connection between the online ordering and instore service left me frustrated. The staff was helpful and friendly, but the inability to quickly complete my visit and delays in my delivery left me frustrated.

Why offer curbside if it’s going to take 45 minutes for someone to bring out your order when your the only one waiting!!

Bought some plastic, Adirondack outdoor chairs. One only lasted one day because I sat on the edge and cracked the seat. The other chair is fine because I sit all the way back into the seat. They are comfortable but fragile.

I went in on Wednesday February 26th to buy a refrigerator and have it delivered the next day. The next day came and no delivery they had a problem finding the address and I wasn’t contacted. I rescheduled it for Sunday March 2nd and they never made it to me. I called to ask about my product and told them I brought the appliance because my refrigerator went out, so I’m going this entire time without a refrigerator and was told it was taken back to the wrong store so I have to wait until they get it back to their store and then have it delivered which is scheduled for Sunday March 9th a whole week and 4 days from when it was first ordered. I called the store and all I’m basically told is that the delivery service is a 3rd party so they have no control. You can’t communicate together and say we are making this customer wait so we need to get a rush on it?

They seriously need to make people work. Every time I go through the plumbing, electrical, or hardware bins, they are so mixed up I have to almost empty them to get to what is actually supposed to be in the bin. And when I say "every time" I mean every time.

Appear online as instock then not available at the store. Items out of place or impossible to find. Shipping dates for online orders are constantly late

Bought a WHIRLPOOL washing machine, had a repair guy come say “I CANT EVEN WORK ON THIS, IM A REFRIGERATOR TECH.” But he called someone & they said it was the board gone out. Couldn’t get a activation code to swap. So got another one. The same thing happened 6 months later. Went back to Lowe’s & had hoops to jump through again. The Lowe’s service dept & whirlpool warranty dept said I needed LOWES MANAGER to call for code to swap. Lowes said I have to get it. After 7 days it’s still NOT taken care of. They gonna send a repair guy (from Electric ? in Meridian, MS)out to work on it. The earliest appointment they have to do so is APRIL 7, 2025 (9mths from purchased date). Lowes has already had a few of these returned due to same clicking issue, not changing cycles. This tells me Lowes is selling crap. Wont be using them anymore for anything. If you purchase any appliance it’s not gonna be replaced after 48hours. They will repair it though.

I’ve never had a bad experience with this Lowes until today. I went in to check in for my pickup order and when I got there, someone was already there and had been waiting for 6 minutes, he went to someone and had them call to help them with his pickup. The lady that came was very obviously rushed and seemed angry. She walked in the pickup area grabbed my order, handed it to me, and walked off, all while rolling her eyes and huffing. Not to mention she didn’t even get the other man’s order who called for her to come up.
I’m only giving three stars because I’ve genuinely not had a bad experience with this store, and I think this isn’t the store but the worker. This worker seemed upset that she had to do her job. It is appalling that people go into the service industry but act like they hate people and their job.

Update, they have made some changes to the staffing I'm assuming because everyone I talk to seems to know everything about the floor plan. Congratulations! Keep up the good work!!

We have waited for our appliances for almost a week. We were told through a text that our appliances would be delivered the on the 31st. After waiting ALL day; I called and was told that they had to change my delivery day to 3 days later ( they did not text, call or ask me). I was supposed to host family for New Year's day; but now I have no stove). Ok, so the next delivery date... no appliances... I called local and Corp. ... they told me that they would deliver "Sunday"... I called them on Sunday and they told me that in 3 hours I would have my appliances... they came at 7:50 p.m... no cord for my stove; which we asked for when we purchased the appliances. The delivery men could not connect the appliances... so I called Lowe's at 7:57 ( they put me on hold).. I am still on hold 25 minutes later... They closed and have left me on hold! During this week I have spoken to the manager at least 4 times... I think I need to get my money back and go somewhere else! What has happened to customer service?

I must say I have NEVER felt so disrespected by anyone, much less a business employee and MANAGER of all employees, Kenon, in the 70 years God has graced me with. And to top his disrespect off he totally ignored my attempt to have a conversation with him about how I felt disrespected by how he treated me during my visit to the Meridian store in 12/29/2024. Furthermore I am SHOCKED that someone elevated this guy, Kenon, to a management position. Instead of trying to allay my well-founded concerns regarding how he disrespected me, he immediately changed my subject holding on to his very flat, emotionless persona. However, I must say, someone was at the bottom of their barrel or used markedly poor judgment themselves. I know the owner gloats customer satisfaction as a priority,, and to that I simply have to call bullshit. If managers are allowed to treat customers so rudely and disrespectfully, what might some of the other staff againbe allowed to get away with.
Kenon's arrogance goes beyond discrimination of a senior citizen.
The fact that at spent over $200K at LOWE'S plays only one part in thus. That is: it won't happen again!
