I love this place. I’ve never had anything less than SUPERB experience from Myrna Moore. I started dealing with her in 2007 & here it is 2023. Even when I’m not ready for a vehicle, if I know someone who is I’ll send them her way. I even told her once that a Honda was not what I was seeking after she called to see if I was ready for another vehicle. I told her if she ever got in a BMW trade-in to let me know. Three months later she called…. she had the perfect one. I made the purchase. Myrna actually looks out for her customers,she’s giving you great advice & listening at you at the same time. She doesn’t try to stick you in a vehicle that you know you can’t afford. She’s just a benefit to the customer as well as the Honda dealership. Besides that, but above all, she’s a very spiritual lady. That’s what’s keeping her.Believe it or not Honda dealership, Myrna is your BEST asset(in my opinion).

We broke down near Meridian, after a great vacation. A&D Towing service towed our Pilot to Meridian Honda. Monday morning the service department repaired the problem and our vehicle was ready to drive back home right after lunch. Thank you John, Andrew, Deon and the service techs!

I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Elantra in 2021, and I just recently purchased a 2018 Honda civic with the assistance of Ms. Myrna Moore. I had an accident in my car and was unable to get around. She called me on the phone and processed the payment. She’s the best!

Probably the best experience I've had at a dealership service shop to date. MERIDIAN HONDA was super helpful and patient and honestly went out of their way to help us get on our way. We were traveling through, heading to a family wedding in Kentucky, when all of the lights started flashing and the car quit running. We called them and not only were they very empathetic and optimistic about helping us, but they came and picked us up when the tow truck only had one seat. They replaced the battery in pretty record time and had us on our way, so we thought... When the battery light came on again as we were leaving they figured out the issue, located an alternator and replaced it in less than two hours, even though it was later afternoon by then and they knew it might mean being there a little late. They dealt with our warranty too, and offered to drive us to get food while we waited! It's sadly a sort of rare occurrence to be treated with such care and integrity. We felt very blessed that we broke down where we did, and valued as Honda owners. Amber and Ashley were specifically helpful and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. Thanks to everyone there!

In the last couple of years we have purchased two cars from Meridian Honda and helped my in-laws purchase 2 in the same length of time. Exceptional staff and service. Jeff who is the general manager handles anything that needs to be done. Douglas who is sales manager was awesome to stepping in to help the process and answer any questions. Trey gets high-fives, he was our sales person. He was Very knowledgeable and very helpful learning all the functions of the car and handling this deal. And lastly Andrew Curtis the financial manager, He handles business promptly and is very helpful. We had a car question about the car warranty we had purchased two years earlier. He had all our information and was able to answer all the questions before we left, all these guys 2 thumbs up. They will be our guys in the future. This was my first time dealing with Trey so I want to give him extra recognition as he will be my "go to" guy

I bought my new Civic from here and couldn’t have been happier. Very friendly sales staff and finance manager is willing to work with you to get your payments to where you want them. This was my first time buying a car from this particular dealership in Meridian and it was an overall great experience.

Zero Star.. Do not go for service here..!!!! I have couple bad experience.. I went there for oil change and they made hole in my power steering high pressure hose.. try to rob people like this which is very shameful...

I dropped my 2017 Honda Accord Touring off on Monday, October 25, 2021 at about 8:30am for an oil change and to check the tires due to the tire pressure light being on. I received a call from the service department at about 1pm stating I needed to replace a tire due to wearing caused by the alignment. I agreed to replace two tires and get an alignment. My issue is my car has been serviced by this dealership several times this year and the tire pressure light was always on but I was told there was no issue. My car was there for an alignment in April but it wasn’t completed due to a staffing shortage. I understand that we’re in a global pandemic and companies are experiencing shortages but it is unacceptable for my car to be at the dealership from 8:30am to 6:30pm and all the services needed were not completed. My alignment was not completed for the second time this year. The staff was rude when I inquired about the status of my services. I asked for a loaner car since I live in Alabama but was told they don’t have loaners. I asked to speak with management several times but was brushed off. Then to make matters worse my tired pressure light came back on yesterday (two days later). This morning I took my car to Goodyear and was told that the Honda Dealership failed to seal one of my tires on the rim properly. Their inability to complete services properly is dangerous and neglectful. Needless to say I will not be returning to Honda of Meridian.Sent from my iPhone

Enjoyed the online shopping experience. When we were ready, we inquired and within 24 hours had details about the vehicle. We appreciated everything that was done to ensure the vehicle was in perfect condition before we bought it. Since we arent from the area, they did everything to have it ready when we arrived! It was pouring down rain and I was even sitting in my truck waiting for my husband to get there. I looked up and there was Trey Denson standing at my door with an umbrella waiting for me to get out and walk me inside so I didn't get soaked!! Trey is AWESOME!!! He went above and beyond!!! He was so patient and didn't mind answering our questions when we called him what felt like a million times ☺️
