New South Ford has, on three separate occasions, performed sub standard warranty repairs. They put my life in danger by sending me down the road with an unreported, unannounced temporary repair that catastrophically failed 300 miles later. Upon return Steve Dean, the service manger, was very argumentative and unwilling to acknowledge their failure, until I got Ford Corporate involved. According to him, "he does not need this s%$t" nor does he like unsatisfied customers telling him that he and his staff put their lives in danger. DO NOT BUY OR HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED BY NEW SOUTH FORD.

Took my 2021 F250 to get it checked out. I was told they were way too busy and for me to come back on a specific date and time. Well I showed up on time but was turned away and given another date and time. Now on my third attempt to get my truck looked at. Like before I showed on on time but was told they were too busy and acting like I was foolish thinking I should expect them to look at my truck the same day I brought it up there. I never made any assertion that I expected same day service. They turned me away 3 times.Lol read their response. I took time away from my work and family 3 times. Two of them were scheduled by them. They waisted my. Now they say to contact them again. You have got to be kidding me. No honor or integrity. People please read the reviews.

Very ignorant people I took my raptor for service. It’s still under warranty. It has a transmission issue they don’t want to fix it. Do not do business with this dealership

Well today I drove into into the body shop with my door of my car not being to close at the ford dealership in meridian ms and mr lance pierce was on point with helping me with my problem. Him and his coworkers worked on my door until they came up with a solution and they did not stop. Actually they stopped another project they was on to work on my car, and they didn’t have to do that. They was they nicest people and I truly thank them for helping me fix my door so I wouldn’t have to drive around like the flint stones until sept 20 which was my initial appointment to get my door fixed… You are the man Mr Pierce and the crew at the ford dealership!!

I cannot share my experience on purchasing a vehicle from New South Ford, only my experience with their Service Department. I called the Service Department 12 times within an hour because the Dealership I purchased my Ford Focus from was also trying to get in contact with the Service Department. The Manager and General Manager were both unavailable. I was told that the Service Department was extremely busy. If the Service Department is that busy maybe we should rethink on purchasing Ford vehicles. My next purchase will be a Nissan. Longer life and less problems and much better Customer Service

Rude staff. We have taken our vehicle here 4 times over the past 2 months, and dealt with the service department. They've said we got it fixed and ready to go 4 times. Needless to say it's at another ford dealership at the moment being fixed for two parts that have been bad the entire time. It's bad when another Ford dealership says this has been bad for awhile they had to have known.

21 mustang convertible with window issues. Horrible service department, do not return calls or follow up with customer. Gave up after 6 weeks of daily calls to see when they would schedule a repair with a Ford engineer that only they could schedule.

Service department strategy is to ignore you until you go away. 21 mustang with warranty window issues. Still unresolved due to service department and Ford never scheduling an appointmen.

Bought a Chevy Colorado and drove all the way from Baton Rouge: I had been in contact with the dealership a couple of day prior to making the trip over to make sure everything was smoothed over. They responded in a very timely manner and when I got to the dealership a couple days later to make the purchase, Lance was there to meet us. Lance was by far the best car sales man I have met during my search for a vehicle. He was reasonable, personable, and extremely helpful. He made the experience stress free and gave great recommendations. Great place to purchase a vehicle!
