“The absolute BEST!! They saved our ChiChi from dying of Parvovirus- they were so helpful and so concerned. We have gotten all her shots there and won’t go anywhere else. I asked about heartworm pills and she gave me info to take home and read and decide what we wanted. The love they have for animals is unmatched anywhere else!”

“First, I want to acknowledge that the staff at this location are always friendly and seem happy to be there. But today, Courtney was extra helpful. I’m 37 weeks pregnant so giving my dog a bath at home is difficult due to the bending. I called and Courtney confirmed that this location had a pet wash. When I arrived, she got me rung up and then squared aware with towels and everything I’d need. When I was finished, it looked like a German shepherd blew up on the pet wash station. My dogs hair was everywhere in the tub, walls, floor. I did the best I could with clean up short of spraying the walls and floors down with the hose. The towels were adequate (would be nice to have some no slip pads on the floor outside the tub so I didn’t have to waste a towel so my dog could jump down), the shampoo options were adequate, the force dryer was in excellent working condition, and there were combs, slicker brushes, and even toenail nippers available. I apologized profusely for the mess, and Courtney was very reassuring that it was okay. I ended up picking up my own slicker brush and a toy for my pup while I was there, and Courtney kindly offered him a treat. For $9.99 you really can’t beat what is offered or the amazing customer service.

“Somehow an opossum got in our house and decided he liked my closet. We called Animal Control and they sent out Officer Ott. He was fantastic. It took him a few minutes to capture the little possum and get him in carrier. He was so nice and polite. Animal Control is lucky to have him!!!!”
