ER hospital discharged my grandson with an elevated temp, seizing multiple x and Tylenol who was critically ill and had to return to a different hospital and now being transferred to children place if I knew who the fuk was the er team there would be damn consequences and not to mention when rush never started oxygen or IV that was something he definitely needed SOB. Unable to respond to his name until they attempted an IV which was unsuccessful. And all they could think of is MF Tylenol. My grandchildren are more important than a law suit…..Follow up, 1/20/2023 from children hospital, my sweet grandson will be on keppra with follow up every 6 months for two years and we are praying for the best!!!

Was brought by ambulance with difficulty breathing. Was put in a wheelchair in a triage room for over an hour before they gave me a room. 5 hours later still in wr, asked for something to eat because I am diabetic and hasn't eaten since 9am(I asked before their cafeteria closed). No food and it is now almost 2 hours later. Never got to see the doc, only the nurse practitioner. Finally got food 1 hour after shift change.

Went to ER in an ambulance after falling & injury to neck & back. Was told CT scan was clear, given muscle relaxer, and sent home in great pain only to learn NO XRAY OF BACK. PATHETIC!!! For all I know, I’ve suffered another compression fracture. Who knows? Not RUSH, because they wouldn’t even xray. PATHETIC!!!

As soon as my dad walked in and said he was having difficulty breathing(he didn't mention that it was due to congestion, though), he was given a wheelchair and promptly taken to triage. The polite male nurse quickly found a record of my dad's meds and checked his vitals. We haven't been seen yet, but I am impressed with them, so far. The waiting room is small, but efficient and everyone has been helpful.

This happened 6 months ago...My wife was brought in by ambulance. Was taking straight in to exam room . This was at 3PMish . Was diagnosed after xray with pneumonia. We stayed in the ER exam room all night until 7:23AM next morning. Was told no beds available. I counted 7 or 8 empty rooms on the floor she was moved to.. We use Anderson's now. Hasn't been any problems there.

I was admitted to the Rush ER in Meridian Mississippi around 0330 hours following a motorcycle crash that totalled my bike. I was seen very quickly. However, in the 3 hours that I sat there in obvious pain and covered in blood, I was not once offered anything for the pain, not even ibuprofen. They never cleaned my wounds, even when I asked for an antiseptic to clean myself up. I was not offered a tetanus shot even though I told them I crashed through a fence made of both wood and old metal. The took an xray of my chest and my left ankle and sent me home around 0545hrs.I had a friend bring me back around 1140hrs because the pain got worse, and multiple bruises began appearing. At that point, I was given an xray on my right ankle and a CT scan to check for internal injuries on my right lower abdomen. The scan and xray came back negative, thank God. However, I asked Dr. Petty if I could get some help in cleaning my wounds and possibly something for pain. He looked at me like I just asked for something horrible and inappropriate and asked, verbatim, "why would you ask us to do that?" Like it was somehow insulting to ask someone to clean wounds that needed treatment. And he walked out without a word. I asked the nurse, who was very friendly and courteous, if I could get help cleaning my wounds and get something for the pain. She told me just to take a shower when I got home and gave me an injection of toradol, which I told her had no effect on me, but i took it without complaint anyway and didn't ask for more. I had to ask for ankle braces and crutches, even though I obviously couldn't stand on my own. At that point, I literally had to ask foe the fourth time to get a tetanus shot, which should have been a terribly obvious first step.A man stumbles into an ER after a motorcycle crash, the medical staff refuses to clean and treat his wounds, gives insultingly mediocre care, and tosses him back out. They did not even include a head/neck exam/scan. I've asked my family's lawyers to file a complaint with the board of medicine.Zak Kramer

Had surgery on the 18th. In addition to the RNs, I was also assigned a male CNA who other than coming in and writing his name on the board, wanted to be any where but there. He took my pressure and was in such a rush, he left the cuff on and was headed out the door. I stopped him and he snatched it off threw it on the counter and ran back to whatever he was doing. I wanted water so I waited for the nurse and she got me some, tthn he rushes in 10 minutes later grabbing for my cup and I was like just put it down. Didn't see him anymore and that was fine with me. I hate going to Rush.

Everyone at this place is SUPER nice and easy to talk to. I've come here three times now, and the experience is always quick and pleasant. They are attentive to my state ... reassuring when I'm anxious, caring when I'm dizzy or in pain... when I came in for a thunderclap migraine, they even made sure to immediately get me into a dark exam room.
