I attempted to purchase $6 car wash, but after machine accepted one dollar bill, it would not allow me to add any more money. I went inside to ask for my $1 refund and the cashier with an English language barrier, told me that the car wash didn't work. He reluctantly gave me 4 quarters as a refund.
