I highly recommend. My turbo went out in Tuscaloosa. This was the only wrecker company that would tow me back to Mississippi for under a thousand dollars. Mr. George was extremely professional and nice.

We where traveling back home to Baton RougeWhen we had a issue with a truck we where pulling a 43 foot 5th wheelNow mind you we have Good Sam road sideWe where broken down on the side of the interstate 9 miles from the closest exitGood Sam left us sitting there for over 2 1/2 hour and still has not dispatched anyone to usAll the while 18 wheelers where speeding by us with no regardI was in fear for my safetyAt this point my husband called someone on his own SimpsonAnd they where awesomeThere in 30mins the two young men where great they towed us to there yardWhere we met Ricky the owner (a lover of dogs ?) they then took us to a RV park close by helped us setupAnd to our truck the next morning to a great repair shop and they didn’t over charge usThey where just great and southern hospitality is not deadAnd BTW Good Sam did not even call us back until 11pm and we broke down at 1:30

Simmons helped me out of a bind without damaging my equipment or load. Highly recommend them. Rates were fair all things considered. They didn’t just come and try to snatch me out, took the time to come up with a plan then executed flawlessly.

We were pulling a car trailer on the back of our Penske rental truck. One of the tires was rubbing against the trailer and shredding. The Penske rep sent out Simmons Wrecker Services to replace the trailer. Jake from Simmons Wrecker Services came out. He gave us very clear directions on how to unload and reload our car onto the replacement trailer. Jake was very friendly and professional. He made us feel safe again to continue our cross country trip to South Carolina. Thanks again, Jake!
