I think the manager is who helped me. I just wanted to drop off my item to be shipped. It was labeled and in the box ready to go. She said I couldn't ship it in the box. I asked what was wrong because I was told it just needed to be in a box. She said yes it needs to be in a box but it has to be secure. I showed her where it was secured and explained that it might not look secure but it is because the box can only open by one flap on the side. There's no other way without a box cutter. It's all connected. The only place to open the box was taped down. She pointed to the sides where the box connects and said it wasn't secure there. I explained that it literally cannot open on the sides because it's connected within. I knew she couldn't see it because I had already secured it so I pushed the sides to show her how it doesn't move. She was perturbed either because she realized that I was right or because I wouldn't accept that she thought she was right. Either way. She got in her feelings and was saying something along the lines of don't get mad if it gets opened or falls apart along the way because we aren't responsible for it. She said I'll ship it this way if you want and proceeded to grab it and literally throw it in her outgoing bucket.Ma'am I didn't get an attitude with you even when I tried to explain what I knew you couldn't see about the box. I'm the customer. You're the servicer..servicer... not the other way around. I'm not sure why more and more people in customer service are trying to pick fights with their customers but it isn't a way to operate.Bottom line, even if the customer brings in something and insists they want it shipped that way and you question it, if it's not violating USPS rules for shipping, don't throw a fit and try to pick a fight with the customer. Just do your job.

Awful costumer service. No one ever answers the blessed phone and on top of that I was suppose to have received my package within two days three at the most and it has been over a week now and my package is still being sent to other states
