The manager puts merchandise out by the dumpster at closing for her friends to collect after the store closes. She had hired nearly all family. Which goes against company policy. She has followed a neighbour outside the door of the store to harrass her relentlessly. The clerk at the register is always on the phone and she is incredibly rude to the customers. She tried stealing money off my boyfriend's Humana card. Then she asked my boyfriend what he intended to do with the rest of the Humana money, buy drugs!The manager and her relative employees smoke marijuana outside the store on their breaks. I know this for a fact because you can smell the stinch of it as you are walking into the store. I do not recommend this store folks! HQ something needs to be done to correct this grave situation!

I have been to a lot of these but this was my first visit to this store today. It was very uncomfortable and when asking the cashier a question about pricing and why it was less in app she literally showed an attitude about it. Also not knowing there is a DG app?? It’s your job! I doubt I come back to this one unless to update reviews. I’d definitely work on the customer service, so while people check out and pay they aren’t uncomfortable asking questions. Literally a cashiers job is to be welcoming and not make a person never want to come back!

Horrible!!! Nobody was in sight when we were ready to check out. Finally found two employees talking on the other side of the store. Made the mistake of asking if one could ring us up. Several eye rolls later, one came over muttering under her breath. I said, "Pardon me, I didn't hear what you were saying." Lord have mercy , if looks could kill. Neither one should be working there. PASS THE PLACE UP!

Horrible customer service!! Cashier's are extremely rude and like to use profanity at the customer's worst dollar general on the gulf coast hands down.
