If I could give less than one star I would. We are regular customers and on August 5, yesterday, we bought a phone cord. The girl at the register didn’t offer a receipt. We are in there every other day for one thing or another and I didn’t think a thing about because if I had a problem they knew us as FAITHFUL customers. Well, sure enough we got it home and it didn’t work. So I returned on the 6th, and after they had to search for 5 minutes for a manager who was no were to be found, I was finally told they couldn’t do a thing for me. They would not even exchange damaged merchandise that they themselves could have notified the distributor of their faulty product. No they made their customers eat that $15 cost! The loyalty of their customers mean NOTHING! Save your money and time….get your ,gas, cokes, breakfast, etc. somewhere else!

People beware, there is mold and mildew in the ice machines, they refuse to resolve this issue and it's deadly. There was green mold in the sausage bin they are serving to customers. If you get sick after eating or drinking anything from there, just no it is due to negligence by management. They are aware but instead of resolving the issue, they are combative and defensive not being accountable or taking responsibility. Beware people don't let your children get a fountain drink or eat from the deli.

The quality is in a down hill spiral, I wanted a hamburger but not one already made and sitting in a warmer, the menu board doesn't work. Evidently my opinion is shared as at 10 minutes to 12 and the dinning area is empty, but on the plus side the young lady that served me was friendly the coke was good (no refills) and the chicken was ok. This used to be such a great place so I am pretty sure this will be my last visit here.

This is the last 6 pack I'll ever buy from this place since the cashiers REFUSED to bag it for me in accordance to local law. Once I insisted on it being in a bag the cashier informed me I was "banned" from the store... What a great store... more like a joke!!
