Their WiFi is trash I tried sending my friend the code to their showers and it wouldn’t go through. As well as trying to call him still can’t get in contact with him worst place I ever showered at. So I’m eating it all a one star I could put zero but I’m not that type of person. On top of that water was t steaming hot it was Luke warm. Like come on are y’all frl then it’s cold in there like the whole experience was a disaster.

Great experience but there was a new employee who you can tell was having a hard time and had some kind of disability and the manager behind him kept looking at him almost to discriminate against him watching him really hard as if he was doing something wrong as he interacted with me. Bad management as far as you asked me with that whole situation but other than that I love palette I worked there before an has great everything else. I felt so bad for the guy

On 13 Jan '24, I pulled off of Interstate 10 to get gas at the Moss Point, Ms Pilot gas center (6705 Hwy 63). The 1st pump I pulled up to would not accept my credit card & kept asking me to remove & retry. I went to another pump & was told to see cashier. I met with a very pleasant, female clerk. She said I had to choose an amt & pay inside. If I didn't not use it all, my card would be refunded the remainder. I asked for $25, she charged my card. I pumped $20.23 & pump said to see cashier. I did so again & the same clerk said she needed to give me a receipt. I continued on I 10 for about an hour before reaching my destination. Upon checking my phone after arrival, I found a notice from my credit card asking if I had charged $151.00 in gas at the same Pilot center. I checked my C.C. acct & the $25 charge was there (later changed to $20.23 w/o any action on my part). There was a separate charge for the $151.00. I don't know where on site the fraud was committed. Pumps handles have small sticker starting if some word (can't remember what) is visible to stop & report. I did not see one. I did not contact Pilot as credit card company would be doing so. Posted just for awareness.

Great service every time! The staff is always welcoming and ready to help! It is also very clean every time I come in, It is honestly one of the best gas stations I've ever seen ?

I just HAVE to express how clean the bathroom is. Tina and Michele are working right now and they’re both very nice, but the women’s bathroom is so clean that I can’t let myself leave the parking lot without writing this review. The bathroom was fully stocked and completely clean and the stalls are wider than I see some places which is big & tall and privacy friendly. This is going to be my new pit stop when I’m driving cross-country.

Stopped at this Pilot travel center for gas, lunch and a bathroom break. The gas was cheaper. The bathroom was decent. They had several stalls, toilet paper and paper towels. The store was typical for a travel center. I believe they had showers for truckers. They had Moe's restaurant attached which was nice. We grabbed lunch and continued on our journey home. Overall an okay place to stop if you are traveling.

They put a $151 hold on my credit card when I got gas. When I called they said "it's a normal charge, all gas stations do it." Never going back.

Place is clean and decently stocked and priced. Coffee selection is good and 90% of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Only issue was Ms. Dana, one of the rudest and scariest people I have had the displeasure to encounter. She thought it a good idea to clean coffee at 630, then when I asked how much longer , the look she gave was that of just pure hatred. Like how dare I ask her such a question. She quipped back with when I get it done. So I politely wait out of her way. When she was done I got another half eyed look of disgust and she walked away. I had to ask a different associate what her name was as I was afraid of her going off or possibly being aggressive. I have one more day in moss point and I hope she is not working when I grab my coffee tomorrow. If she is I will go elsewhere. Other than her great place to go!!!

Good stop for diesel. Diesel pumps are on right, and there is plenty of room for large RVs.

Filthy restrooms, no toilet paper in stalls, overflowing toilets, no receipts at pumps, lackadaisical employees make this a must miss. Certainly not typical of what I’ve come to experience and expect from Pilot.
