Not a good experience with mosspoint rnr.i have never had issues but today I did.after the unecessary back and forth they ended up putting the wrong tires(right brand different series)on my car and to top it off wasted a trip since they didn't say the alignment machine was down. So ended up in pascagoula for the alignment and was told that parts were bad and they had been replaced 2 weeks ago and they didn't wanna align it.was treated like I was lying and had no idea what I was talking about had to escalate it up to the district manager..they ended up doing the alignment but it was not a good experience and I have been going to rnr for 4 years now never missed payments and I think have been a good customer I don't call and bother them I just let autopay pay my bill..I was also told by the manager of the mosspoint store that he doesn't want to even see customers he wants them to pay their bill and leave them alone. Customers are how they make their money and I will be taking my business to rim time from now on..

I truly hope that the corporate office See's what I am about to say because on Friday January 12, 2024 i had called the Moss Point RNR Office and was informed that they had to order the tires and they should be in the office on Monday, so I wait!

Their system is down and can not pay. I live closer to George county. Eben thiugh its their fault they would not work with us and told us we either had to come in or they collect our tires.

Put $20 down on a set of tires to come back today, turned out they sold the tires and can’t get my deposit back. The salesman I was working with didn’t make it clear enough that I was coming back on Saturday because the original tires I had ordered from another place was on back order, so save the time and go somewhere else

Made a appointment to buy tires and install, got down there didn't even have the tires. I call twice to make sure that they had them,and drove 60 miles to find out they didn't. I promise I won't go back
