I wanted to wait from putting a negative review. But it is time
Since i've been at this address, 6 deliveries have not made it and disappeared. And I've only made about 10
Different purchases online, so that is a very bad ratio. This last delivery, I had enough it said it was delivered. The package was nowhere to be found. I ended up calling the Post Office.
They said they delivered it to a different house and handed it to the person. The package, not even the same name or address? I understand people make mistakes but 6 out of 10 no

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I called to ask a simply question and the woman that answered the phone has such a nasty attitude and absolutely has no respect for her self or others. Post master Corey did absolutely nothing to try to solve the problem

Whoever comes to hwy 613 needs to be fired . For the third time in the past 2 weeks our mailboxes at my neighborhood are literally LOCKED OPEN , exposing everyone's mailboxes . Once maybe, JUST MAYBE, that's an accident. Not more than once though. Someone is trying to set up theft, and I've now had 2 different things come up missing due to this issue. I have pictures of it this time . Once already my landlord had to call you guys to come back up here to fix it before because of this and it was raining AND my order was taken out . I will be reimbursed my money for my missing orders. This is ridiculous, and COMPLETELY ILLEGAL.

Delivered my package to the wrong address, then was completely rude when I tried to find out what happened. Whoever handles your calls needs lessons in manners.

I’m so tired of this place, you literally have to pray and hope your package gets delivered to the right house…..ordered numerous of packages just to watch the mail truck drive by then check my phone and it tells me “package delivered to front porch” to walk out to no package.

The mail delivery driver always putting mail that doesn't belong to me in my mailbox so if you are smart where you think my mail is going not to me there's a bunch of crack heads that lives around here

The fact that my gate is wide open for deliveries, and yet you leave stuff on the street mailbox! STOP BEING LAZY! THAT IS HOW STUFF GETS STOLEN! I would never do that to anyone.

Had a package that was a Christmas gift. On Christmas eve I watched the postal driver pull up to our mail box and drive off. No package delivered. On Amazon it said attempted delivery. There was no attempted delivery. Now I have to go to the post office and pick up the item which didnt make it for Christmas. Why would you post a lie? Terrible.
