This location does not accept bill payments unless they can get into an account. My family member, who is not authorized on my account, but have a line went in to pay his bill. The rep insisted my family member give him my account passcode to pay his bill. He was told the system changed and in order to process the payment, he had to have my code. Now me knowing this is a CPNI VIOLATION, how dare the store set these standards?????? Employees lying saying they can not do a bill payment when there is a drop down for someone who has to do a quick sale because it is illegal to access someone’s account without identification. Way to go Att Blue Link for allowing your people to treat customers this way!

I was greeted immediately by a courtesy employee who was well versed on the services provided by AT&T. She received my payment, provided a receipt and thanked me for the payment.

Was met OUTSIDE THE front door by ATT representative at noon or so, on 6/23 23She ask me what I wanted, I replied that I wanted to do business with ATT. SHE ASK WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS. I TOLD HER I WOULD GO INSIDE AND DISCUSS IT. IT WAS 95 degrees outside.I told her I was going inside, she again said I could not go indside.I ignored her and went inside and was waited on by Brandi.The ATT person still wanted to know what I wanted.I ignored her again. Her name was Niki.The lady that waited on me said they are a private owned ATT representative and they want to stop people from going into the store and not buying anything, so they screen them.ATT should force the closure of that store.This is a true statement and will swear to it.

My husband and I went in the store to find a plan that would better fit our needs. The rep’s name was Jordan. She greeted us as soon as we walked in and was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. We didn’t just change our plan, both of us upgraded from an 8 iPhone to a 12 iPhone. It was a wonderful experience. Thanks Jordan!!
