Everyone from the sales person (Steve) to the mechanic (Preston) went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle and to work out any and all problems with it. Everything runs well with the vehicle now, and I’m always pleased with the service. They make it a pleasant experience anytime I need to come in. Kudos to the lady answering the phones. She has the sweetest and most friendly voice of any business I’ve ever called.”

“Had a brake chamber go out on a drive axle and was leaking. Was heading to Fayette, MS. I called Waters International and told them what I had going on. Service guy took all my information and told me he would be waiting when I got there. Sure enough he came walking out as I was pulling in. I was loaded so they suggested leaving the trailer hooked up and go ahead and pull into bay. They replaced it in no time. As the reviews suggest they have a great deal on commercial truck batteries so I had them replace them on my truck. Very please. The place is quite, organized, and clean for being a truck shop in a very muddy area. They also have free Community Coffee!”
