Bad service in the pharmacy

Worst phone service ever! I went around and around and NEVER got through to a person at the store. Everyone I spoke to was located somewhere else and transferred me back to the main menu. Even the robot computer couldn’t understand that I needed to ask a question about the UPS drop off service the store provides. Never will I shop CVS again!

It always nice visiting this location. The lines are short lines, the store is stock, the staff is friendly as well. Prices are a little expensive but there's always a sale or discount. The pharmacy is open from 8a-8pm. If you have any questions just call the store and they'll be happy to help.

Go anywhere but here. The pharmacy staff is beyond rude for no reason. Just shaking my head. It's a joke really. So much energy spent being nasty. Taking my money elsewhere.

They are so unorganized and not friendly at all. I scheduled a covid test online as instructed and after driving 25 minutes to the store to only be told their machine is down and they will not be performing tests anymore! Couldn't they have at least called me! Smh! Now I remember why I never go there. ?

Slow service, nice people and do get the job done but you do not want to be in a hurry. We are from out of town and I needed to have a prescription transferred from our home pharmacy. Having done this on multiple occasions I was expecting it to take a half hour. At CVS it was over 5 hours. I told them I would stop by in the morning and pickup the prescriptions. When we arrived the next morning they still had not filled the prescriptions. It was another 15 or 20 minutes on top of the time lost the day before. Nice, clean location and nice people but they are in no hurry to get things done.

Good pharmacy. I transferred my prescriptions here from Walgreens and they have been much more competent.

Nice clean location, no complaints. Stopped in to grab some water and lip moisturizer, ended up grabbing a couple other things. Very nice cashier, I think her name was Krystal.

Tall slender brunette man is extremely rude to customers & a total smart a**. Don't know how he still works there. Other people there are usually kind & helpful but he makes it not worth going to. I've also been trying to get my medicine filled for 3 days straight & was informed it wouldn't be filled until tomorrow. Never using this CVS again.
