Incredibly rude staff. My mother was looking for a specific and very expensive medication that is actually a life or death kind of thing after a recent diagnosis. Her Dr insisted Ernst would have it but of course they don't keep something like that. After multiple calls to her Dr and other pharmacies with no luck, she tried to Google where to find something like that and of course Google also said Ernst had it. So she thought she'd call back because maybe they could at least point her in the right direction and the same young man she spoke to the first time went off on her over calling back. A 70 year old woman with that recent diagnosis was scared and trying to find this medication and he went off and started yelling at her. It's sad what's happened to this pharmacy. Independents use to be better than this but Ernst is now no better than cvs.

Kinda hard to "support local" when the local isn't good at their business. Has to transfer mine and my wife's prescriptions to Walgreens because they either can't find the prescription, or it isn't in their system. Also, they denied they even sold me a prescription in the month of January, even though I know they did(I literally have the pill bottle to prove it). They will print and alter old labels onto bottles for people but when confronted about it the deny it outright, even after the clerk admitted they did it. Supporting local could be better.

Ive been going to Ernest Pharmacy for years. I've never had a problem with them until Tuesday an Today. A older white lady that works behind the counter told my 12 year old grandson " I don't have any more lollipops but do U want a dog treats!!! Can't NOBODY tell me she isn't prejudice!!! What was that to say to a little black boy!!! Then the foreigner gona tell me he sticking up for her an It is my fault that We can't take a joke!!! This is as SAD AS IT GETS! I hope I never see them outside of that drug store cause IMA FEED BOTH OF THEM SOME DOG TREATS!!!!

It's always a pleasure working with Ernst pharmacy. The staff is always there to help and provide the best possible service possible. I usually call a day ahead to refill my medications. They always let me know if it will be ready or needs to be ordered! I never have any issues! Support local!!!

I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The fact that it is locally-owned is a plus for me. They keep a) of the old timed tonics in stocks that if out of stock can be obtained by next day. They are Awesome!!!!!!!

My prescriptions have always been available in a timely manner, and usually cheaper (sometimes significantly so) than the big chain pharmacies.

Ernst is the best. The local chain drugstores are constantly out of common, needed medications, and their employees are in general surly and unhelpful. Ernest always has what I need, with friendly quick service. They also have a drive-up window. Their only shortcoming is limited hours (regular business hours). But I gladly conform to their schedule to avoid the abuse I've received at the chain pharmacies.

Very helpful staff! I was from out of state and they helped get my prescription transferred. I prefer to use an individually owned business and I was very happy I used them.
