Customer service was terrible. They didn't want to let me use my coupons on my app and had the prices wrong from what was scanning in the store. The manager was very rude when I would ask a question. I will not be going back.

The worst pharmacy I have ever used. Called and was told my prescription was ready. Drive 30 min to town and sit in line for over an hour, get to the window and am told it's out of stock. I picked up a partial the week before and was told it would be in Tuesday and here it is Friday and they still don't have it. Now I have only three of my heart pills left and they said it will be next week before they "get" it in. POS PHARMACY DO NOT USE THEM.

Ernst is the best. The local chain drugstores are constantly out of common, needed medications, and their employees are in general surly and unhelpful. Ernest always has what I need, with friendly quick service. They also have a drive-up window. Their only shortcoming is limited hours (regular business hours). But I gladly conform to their schedule to avoid the abuse I've received at the chain pharmacies.

describe my experience...well you tell me what my experience was and how an individual should react...script was filled but with wrong mg(for the second time)...SCR in pharmacy said script could not be filled until my wife got there to fill it...that was last month.today the script was not filled correctly(wrong mg yet again)talked to manager last month...apparently things have gone unchanged.I thought you had to go to school in order to work in pharmacy and touch other peoples meds...guess I am in the wrong business.so now I am waiting on the district manage to call me.hope no one dies from a simple mistake of wrong mg.and why cant I not select a Star up top and still post my "EXPERIENCE".
