Never answer the phone and hard to find someone actually in the bakery. Wasn’t able to get what I needed. Do they just not answer phones anymore?

Gave them my wedding cake order 2 weeks ago went to pick up and the messed up the words and border colors and added in their own spin on it.

Ordered a cake. Went to pick it up and had to wait 20 minutes to get someone to the bakery. Can’t find my cake and called an employee at home to find out nobody made your cake.
