Our family owned and operated company was founded in 1938 and currently operates 7 dealerships across Mississippi. We provide parts and service for all makes and models commercial trucks, trailers, and vocational vehicles. Mike Waters serves beside his brothers M.L. Waters and David Waters, and their sons Michael, Josh, and Vaughan Waters (respectively) as dealer principals and John Sumrall as Vice President of Sales of WATERS Group. WATERS currently employs 300 employees in 7 locations across Mississippi.
