“Well, this one seems to be the best around in horn lake and Southaven. They did have a lot in the aisles but you could tell they were actively stocking. Most dollar generals just pile boxes in the aisles for weeks at a time.”

“Picked up few items on 12/30/22 @dollargeneral @ 302/tchulahoma in Southaven Ms. I was impressed. The store was neat/clean/quiet. The shelves were stocked & displayed perfectly. As soon as 3 people were in line the man who I assume was the Mgr opened a register & began ringing up customers. I believe the sign in the window said Joseph Douglas-Manager. I could be wrong but I noticed it twice going in/coming out. Eitherway well done to the Mgr & staff :)”
“Very bare shelves and boxes everywhere, I asked and thought it was a new store but it's not. It does have a nice selection of crafty items not found in my local dollar stores that was quite cool and impressive.”
“Dollar general over here on Winchester they just remodeled it and put new freezers in it and the store looks way better than it did and the merchandising is better too that I always love the girls that work at their extremely nice”

“I want to mention about the young women that worked the evening of 5/8 around 5-6pm I believe....I came in with my son n had trouble finding a item and (etc). She was so patient and helpful I could tell that she is a people person her customer service was great and great customer service for sum reason is hard to find nowadays but when you find you have to commend it.”

“Like most stores during the ice storm they were out of eggs, milk and bread. They were open reduced hours on the second day. My granddaughter was called in and i had to wait 45 minutes for her manager to get there. The roads were really nasty. I had thought that they might have scapped the ice off their parking lot. They finnaly did on day 4. This was the worst ice storm i had seen since i was a kid. Fun time for all.”

“UPDATE November 30... Dark parking lot, bad security lights on south side of building parking light post completely out. this store has gotten very trashy, stuff all over the floors, employees are rude. Cash register number 2 supposedly broken.”
“I went in for balloons for a party and everything was stocked and Felicia did a great job assisting me with my needs. The whole staff was helpful and busy stocking the store.”
“Friendly staff and it was easy to find the things I needed. They also asked if I had the app downloaded on my phone for the sales but I didn't so I was told how to do it.”
“I love shopping at Dollar tree most of all I love the employees, especially Ken. He works very hard and most of the time when I visit I feel like he's running circles in the building cause he's moving so fast. If I ask for help, he always smiles and assist never leaving a bad impression. Ken deserves a raise if you ask me. Dollartree needs more employees like him. I'm appreciative for the excellent service and much needed products. Thanks Dollar Tree!”

“The staff working tonight 10/26/24 might have just saved my life. I went in to get one thing and I still browsed some aisles because it’s what I always do. Gotta see the latest and greatest. Anyway, I went to check out and Lex (the girl at the register) and another young guy (I forgot to ask for his name) asked me if there was a guy with me. I said no and they proceeded to tell me that this older man had been following me around the store and watching me. I’m usually good about picking up on this kind of stuff so I was shocked. I asked the worker to walk me out to my car and he said absolutely and they all reassured me they had my back. I really from the bottom of my heart appreciate the kindness they showed me tonight. It’s rare to find others looking out for one another so thank y’all so much.”

“I went into this store about 1.5 weeks ago. It was probably the cleanest and neatest Dollar Tree store that I’ve ever patronized. Employees acknowledged and greeted me. The shelves were stocked and items were faced.
OT: I have noticed that Dollar Tree carries some of the same items that 5 Below sells, essentially cosmetics and HBA’s.”
“Dollar General the best Dollar aisle for shopping for many house and personal needs. Those of you reading this post and shop at dollar general in Horn Lake, MS you know what I'm talking about. “This dollar store is constantly cluttered with nothing put up on the shelves. Hardly ever anybody at the register you have to stay in there and wait for somebody to come to the register, I'm surprised they don't get shop lifted from more often... I'm not surprised they close down self check because they actually need someone up there to make sure people actually pay. And then today I get there sign on the door says open 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. it was 8:00 and the woman inside shook her head no that they weren't open in the door. Very unprofessional and very horrible staff”
“Previous to this visit, probably 2yrs ago, this store was chaos! It was like going thru a maze just to walk thru the store! I quit going! I decided to try again and WOW!!
