I had previously given this company a positive review, praising its reliability and trustworthiness. However, my experience in March 2025 was far from satisfactory.
Fast forward to August 2025, and my AC overflowed due to clogged pipes that clearly hadn’t been serviced. Additionally, I had other issues with my AC that had not been addressed. My hot water heater also stunk, indicating that it hadn’t been serviced either.
When I called the company, it took three attempts to get a response. I left several messages, and finally, I received a response from the owner five days later. (To be fair, I started calling on Friday, and I understand that they don’t work on weekends. However, this was an emergency as water was leaking from my ceiling, and I didn’t receive a response until Tuesday.)
The owner’s response was dismissive and unapologetic. He claimed that the issues weren’t their fault and refused to pay for any repairs. I wasn’t even asking him to pay for repairs; I was simply requesting a reimbursement for the service that they clearly didn’t provide in March.
There’s more to the story, but that’s the gist of it. I would never recommend this company. Their service is terrible, and their customer service is even worse. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

Our unit was purchased brand new over a year ago. Well the air went out and they stated that the parts are free but we must pay for labor....They want to charge half the price of the new unit. This seems like price gauging to me. I will not recommend them to anyone. We also paid a service fee to come out and check.

RW Heating and Air have installed 4 complete hvac systems successfully while improving quality, delivery, and costs. Additionally, they solved more difficult issues with advanced technologies and sense of urgency. Highly recommend RW HVAC for residential and commercial needs.

Stay away from this company. They can't repair anything. Just want to sell you a new product at triple the price. Fortunately, I got another opinion before they gouged me twice. Got burned once. No more.

Technician Shawn King came out to my home looked in the HVAC closet for 1 minute then went outside to the condenser for 1 minute then told me he was going to the truck to write up a quote(never said anything other than that) I waited on him to bring the quote back to my door instead he left it in my mailbox and drove off. Maybe because I’m black and live in orange mound he racially judged me. Little do he know is that this is a rental property that I’m fixing up to rent. Because of Shawn I wouldn’t dare do business with this Racist company. To the owner be mindful of who you hire to represent your company.
*RESPONSE* I won’t go back and forth. I experienced what I experienced. My rental property doesn’t have a doorbell I sat right by the door didn’t hear a knock. My phone never rang it was in my hand the whole time. You all can fix this situation up to make it suit your company and professionalism, however first impressions are lasting impressions. By all means stick by your employee and I’m sticking to that fact that his character was short of professional and he exemplifies racism.

I just want to say that I was in deep trouble with both of my air condition units, the 5 Ton had stopped cooling and the 2 ton had stopped working, while playing a game online an advertisement from R.W. Heating & Air came up and I schedule an appointment for 10 am the next morning, they showed up on time and with in two hours the tech have both units up and cooling the house down, great job, I will recommend them anytime

Mr Lee was polite And professional. Went straight to work and found the problem and resolved it.He even found another problem that would have caused more trouble down the road and fixed that too. RW IS THE BEST!
