“This is the greatest place for storage in the area. Staff is very friendly, facilities are kept clean and well lit at all times and the prices are the best in the area. Had small and large storage units across several years, not a complaint about it. Highly recommended!”

“Lucky I found this place! Because before I found this storage I went to a storage place on Stateline Rd , and it was closed during the middle of the day. Then went to that competitors storage place on Rasco Road and the woman with the really long hair was not friendly or helpful. Being in customer service for over 20 years, I was surprised. Coming to Mini Mall Storage and being greeted by Jessie was a breath of fresh air. She went out of her way to show me each unit I was interested in. This place is clean and safe, but most of all Jessie's smile and friendliness sold me!!”

“I’ve been a long time user and finally out. Other than knowing that is too long to have your ’stuff’ that you may not use. But I never had any issues while storing and have been through various staff. But I will have to mention the current employee, Phyllis, who has made it a very pleasant end of my ride. Thanks to her for all her help.”

“Mr. Artis, assisted me with getting a unit to store my mom's things whom just passed right before Christmas. I didn't know what to look for he asked me a few questions then gave me suggestions/options & he made the process so much easier & made me feel comfortable. I'm so grateful! God , placed him & another customer at the right place @ the right time. All of us was dealing with recent deaths in our family. It was divine intervention that we all were going through & we had a praise moment in the office. I would definitely recommend this storage facility a solid 10 out of 10. “I found the perfect storage unit for our Super C motorhome a year-and-a-half ago. The storage unit fit our rv perfectly in height, length and width with room to spare. The concrete floor is dry and clean and it has a roll up door that opens all the way up to 14'. Again, it just fit. Their business is a family operation and Mike and Christi are wonderful people. I had a minor problem with the door once and they had it working again almost immediately. Sadly we sold our motor home a few weeks ago and vacated our storage unit. I almost kept it just to store odds and ends just because it is such a nice facility and operated by a couple of the nicest people we know. Thank you!”

“So this is a story. I spent hours the night before finding the best deal and finally decided on a public storage unit. Well on Wednesday May 27th I went to get my key and check my new rented unit .. I couldn't find it, so I went inside. The lady inside (this is between 5pm and 7pm) was more than helpful, turns out I was at wrong location, she offered to transfer me if I needed, she was polite , she even explained how to get to my unit at the correct location a couple miles away. Beyone helpful and polite when I wasn't even one of her customers. Give this gal some praise”
