“Lucky I found this place! Because before I found this storage I went to a storage place on Stateline Rd , and it was closed during the middle of the day. Then went to that competitors storage place on Rasco Road and the woman with the really long hair was not friendly or helpful. Being in customer service for over 20 years, I was surprised. Coming to Mini Mall Storage and being greeted by Jessie was a breath of fresh air. She went out of her way to show me each unit I was interested in. This place is clean and safe, but most of all Jessie's smile and friendliness sold me!!”
“Ms. Kim was so pleasant to work with. I had an issue when I first arrived to my storage and she resolved it quickly and efficiently. She’s a pleasure to work with, I thank her so much. She was so kind and polite.”

“I found the perfect storage unit for our Super C motorhome a year-and-a-half ago. The storage unit fit our rv perfectly in height, length and width with room to spare. The concrete floor is dry and clean and it has a roll up door that opens all the way up to 14'. Again, it just fit. Their business is a family operation and Mike and Christi are wonderful people. I had a minor problem with the door once and they had it working again almost immediately. Sadly we sold our motor home a few weeks ago and vacated our storage unit. I almost kept it just to store odds and ends just because it is such a nice facility and operated by a couple of the nicest people we know. Thank you!”

“Clean and normal rate prices. We used them for a few months. The guys up front always kept a lookout as promised for a bigger unit for me and called when they had one available. Love that it's 24/7 access as well and plenty of cameras to make me feel like my stuff was safe.”
“We have storage units available at cheaper prices than most other companies around us. We have a U-Haul dealership also and keep a 15 foot truck at all times available unless someone has rented it.”

“So this is a story. I spent hours the night before finding the best deal and finally decided on a public storage unit. Well on Wednesday May 27th I went to get my key and check my new rented unit .. I couldn't find it, so I went inside. The lady inside (this is between 5pm and 7pm) was more than helpful, turns out I was at wrong location, she offered to transfer me if I needed, she was polite , she even explained how to get to my unit at the correct location a couple miles away. Beyone helpful and polite when I wasn't even one of her customers. Give this gal some praise”
