The staff is polite, nice, and professional, doing a great job and creating beautiful nails. Many customers recommend them as the best salon in town and continue to bring their business. However, appointments can take a long time. One reviewer noted an issue with broken nails and an unexpected charge for the fix, leading them to stop getting manicures there but continue with pedicures.
