Had gotten a L-shaped couch a few years ago, you expect for a couch you spent thousands of dollars on you get better quality. The framing for it literally broke apart I had to nail back together. The huge block legs had little to no support, the block legs were flimsy and ended up caving in.The material that they use on the underside of the large cushion was like tissue paper and gave out in a few months. The material covering the springs on the frame of the couch where like tissue paper and the springs started to poke through destroying the cushions. The single leg peg support that goes under the couch punched through the wooden support that was holding it.

Bought my camel color sofa, brand new in 2005, and just yesterday had to replace it due to broken frame. The cushions on this sofa were still in excellent condition. I am so heartbroken. I highly recommend buying from this company after all it lasted 17 years! You do the math. I paid less than $800 for this sofa so I would say I got my money’s worth!

We purchased 2-piece Sectional 2mos ago, it was the right color, We thought it was going to be comfortable but was wrong, the couch pillows are VERY uncomfortable and now have to change the filling inside them to make it comfortable. VERY disappointed with our purchase for the amount we paid. No help from Store where purchased, called to inquire about solution 2wks ago and no returned call.

I am displeased with this purchase for a number of reasons.1. It takes much longer to assemble than 15 minutes. That's the timeframe stated for assemblage on the Albany site. It is not that simple.2. It is not good quality. The three cushions you sit on are not flushed. Some jut out longer than others. And the material wrinkles easily. I even have some fraying at the seams. I have had the couch shorter than two months, and I rarely sit on it.3. If you lean against it, it will move. I like a couch that you lean your back on if you are sitting on the floor--without it moving!4. The company makes it very difficult to return the product. You pay a minimum for return, and it is over $100. If the product is not what was promised (assembly time longer than stated, seating cushions and back cushions are not flushed) why should the customer be penalized with a return fee?Do not buy from this company

Not satisfied with the sectional we purchased at a furniture store We purchased a sectional in 2016 and 3 1/2 years later the couch falls apart and breaks. The couch was made by Albany Numerous Staples are found on edges . Warranty Dept came over and looked at it and said could not be repaired due to poorly built. The support on bottom are stapled not bolted whereby breaking. The wood is brittle and broke. Sad where u have acouch and sit or lay on it and breaks after 3 1/2 years later.

Happy with the quality of the product, had it for years now. I needed casters for the furniture and inquired about the size. Instead of just answering my question, they sent me the casters for free! And super fast. Amazing customer service!

Bought a sectional from this company and even though no one sits on it regularly the cushions are coming apart at the seams. I have paid for replacements twice and the replacements are even more horribly made than the originals. I will never buy a product made by this company again.

We purchased the groovy sectional with the swivel chair a year ago and it already looks way older than that! The arms are loose (no one sits on them) the dust thing that covers the springs is ripped (cushions stay on my couch unless I'm vacuuming under them) the cushions are already loosing their shape oh and when we first got it there was a nail or tack (whatever it was it was sharp) sticking up out of the back corner I love the style but we should have returned it as soon as we noticed that sharp object

Fabric on couch cushions are peeling after hardly any use! Frustrating because the couch would otherwise look brand new.

3.5 years into owning the couch, that we rarely even use, the fabric started peeling away. Purchased a couch and loveseat, and it's already ruined. After asking Albany to help resolve, this was their idea of customer service. No apology, no offer to help in any way. Strongly recommend avoiding this place. Crappy product, crappy customer service. Look elsewhere.

terrible quality. If you want to buy a couch and continue putting money into it down the road.. this is your couch for you. Purchasing my 5th couch cushion due to the material pealing off. No kids, no pets and only two humans barely use this couch! I have had the couch for 5 years and have put almost as much money into it as I paid for it.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. We purchased a sectional November 2015, we noticed 2 cushions were starting to rip apart in June 2017. The couch is not even 2 and we are having these problems? They are not willing to look into this further. $2000 down the drain and we'll have to spend that again to get something else. DONT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE!
