i had bought 2 brand new dream 5g phones now 1 of them is corrupt due to manufacture and they will not do anything about it I'm supposed to buy a whole new phone when I paid extra to get insurance put on the pos phone and means absolutely nothing to them don't waste your money on insurance because youll just spend money to get new phone even with insurance

Very pleased with Christy's (the store manager) assistance with upgrading my phone! She's helped me get into apps and download things I needed. Made sure i had a case a screen protector. Would highly recommend!

Great service everywhere I go. Switching from straight talk to cricket was easy. Transfered my number and got a big discount on my phone. Moto 5g stylus which is a great device to have. 60$ with tax included for unlimited talk, text, and data. Also comes with free HBO max and 15 gigs of hotspot data. Overall I would rate a 10 out of 10 if I could.. Never going back to straight talk as long as Cricket keeps doing what they do best and provide affordable quality service!
